Al Gurg Building Services Co. Ltd. (L.L.C.), Dubai, UAE, is a steel solution provider and manufacturer in UAE. AGBS is committed to provide quality and reliable products and services to customer while managing health, safety and environment aspects of its business. We will aim to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers, business associates, employees and other relevant stakeholders. For its fulfilment we shall ensure the following:

  • Customer needs and expectations are determined and fulfilled with an aim of increasing customer satisfaction.
  • Timely delivery of products and services to customers.
  • Maintain our Integrated Management System (IMS) standard and strive to continually improve through effective policies, business processes, objectives, risk and opportunities, process enhancements and supply chain management.
  • Establish a robust communication, consultation & participation system for internal & external stakeholders, as applicable on QHSE matters.
  • Establish effective communication, consultation, and participation systems to engage with both internal and external stakeholders on QHSE issues.
  • Communicate strategic changes, share updates, and developments with all stakeholders and keep them well-informed.
  • Enhance our employees’ skill set with specific training and development programs as well as create awareness about their individual IMS obligations, including our contractors and external service providers.
  • Prevent pollution, through waste reduction, conservation of resources, recycling and promoting eco-friendly sourcing.
  • Identify, evaluate and control all health & safety hazards, environmental aspects and business risks & opportunities.
  • Communicate and monitor safety & security measures within AGBS to prevent occupational ill health, injury, accidents and incidents.
  • Comply with applicable statutory, regulatory and other requirements in a socially responsible manner
  • Ensure this policy is made available to all stakeholders, reviewed periodically and maintained up to date.
