Each year, we organise comprehensive health check-ups for our production team to support their overall wellbeing. In collaboration with Steps Clinic, this year’s initiative included screenings for high blood pressure, diabetes, fatty liver, vitamin D deficiency and other potential health concerns, along with complimentary dental and eye check-ups. Through a focus on preventive care, we aim to encourage healthier lifestyles and support our employees in maintaining both physical and mental fitness. When employees feel well, they remain focused, productive and able to perform at their best. Caring for our people is fundamental to delivering strong and consistent performance.
